      Management of "Uzdrowisko Busko-Zdrój" Spółka Akcyjna, 28-100 Busko-Zdrój, ul. Gen. F. Rzewuskiego 1, invites to start negotiations about starting a company dealing with drink production based on new mineral water source using a new or already existing brand.

We declare to bring in apport: the right for perptual use and industrial property ownership (halls, yard, trafo stations, industrial water supply, mineral water supply, industrial and mineral water sources situated near the railway station in Wełecz).

We are looking for a strategy investor for the new company who would bring in a non-pecuniary deposit such as machines and fittings indispensable for water production, especially bottling works line, parking machine etc. and money imput as turnover resources enabling starting production and brand promotion.

 We stipulate that detailed information will be made available on confidential condition and entering into a contract will finally depend on the Minister of  Finance.  In case of the agreement of the Minister of  Finance the company is not held responsible for possibile damage or expenses.

HEALTH RESORT PRODUCTION PLANT – profile 

Location: a village Wełecz near Busko - Zdrój
Property forms: the right for perptual use and property:

1. industrial properties:
  - plot, halls, yards - surface - 1,77 ha
  - trafo station
  - Wełecz II source - spring in Wełcz - capacity 14,4 m3/h plot and protective zone surface  - 0,32 ha
  - Wełecz I source - spring in Siesławice - capacity 10,0 m3/h - plot and protective zone surface  - 0,57 ha
2. durable resources:
- water supply from water intake Wełecz II Zdrój
- industrial water supply from water intake Wełecz I Zdrój to economic base.

Surface : approx. 2,66 ha

Ground appropriation based on space implements plan:
for industrial buildings.
Current ground use: ground used for existing Production Plant in Zdrój "Buskowianka" and is its warehouse base.
Existing structures: administration building, boilerhouse, 3 warehouse and production halls with the surface approx. 2.400 m2.
Surroundings, neighbourhood: the ground is situated in the industrial zone surrounded by service technical structures in the immediate vicinity of a the railway stadion.
Transport availability: transport service from Witosa street and the national road Kielce – Kraków, the ground is situated near the bus station. 
 Ground armature: water supply, drainage, power and telephone line.
Attractiveness and location: the ground is situated in the industrial zone, near the resort area. 
Developing ways: company appointment dealing with drink production and distribution using the new or already existing brand based on the new mineral water source and  the non-pecuniary contribution of  "Uzdrowisko Busko - Zdrój" S.A.
